Our lab is used by qualitative researchers who want a professional and private meeting space to view their focus groups and depth interviews.

The Human Lab is also frequently used by the Human Factors industry. Our fully equipped meeting venue helps professionals to perform high-spec testing and training sessions so they can understand the interaction between humans and devices, meaning products can be engineered to perform perfectly in the hands of users, such as patients and healthcare professionals.

The space
Our viewing facility has a viewing room and a usability lab (participant space) with a one-way mirror adjoining the two rooms.

We have the latest HD recording equipment within our meeting studio; our meeting conference rooms are fully sound-proofed and can accommodate a range of different use environments.
​
The whole facility is hired to one client at a time, so you benefit from the privacy of exclusive hire. This offers a perfect environment for interviews, meetings and is a perfect training room for hire.
Outside of the lab, there is a large lounge which serves as a participant waiting room and/ or additional working space.

Our reception is always manned, and our friendly staff are on hand to welcome participants and assist with consent capture. We prepare your recordings each day in line with your desired respondent coding.
HD video and audio recording are included in the rate of hire and refreshments, such as teas, coffee and lunch, are also provided for you and your participants.
